It is my privilege and aim to help make sense of the difficult things to encourage health, increase self-awareness, name your value and worth and strengthen relationships.I am so glad you are here. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Maryland, DC, Michigan and Arkansas and I offer a client-centered space where we work together to bring change.
I know that no one modality works for any one person or couple and have spent my career learning effective clinical approaches. While Cognitive Behavioral Therapy provides a structure for my approach, the foundation of our work is built on your story and the core beliefs you hold.
