I specialize in life transitions, neurodivergence, complex trauma, and mood dysregulation. I work primarily with women, and jell particularly well with folks who want to understand themselves more fully, and those who are seeking to process or deconstruct parts of their experience that feel isolating. I want to offer you an environment that is trauma-informed and relationally comfortable. I have experience with clients from various cultural, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds, and strive to provide a space that is informed, individualized, and validating.
I also work alongside couples with varying therapeutic desires. Whatever the interpersonal difficulty, I want to facilitate a place where all parties feel heard, and productive conversations about difficult topics can happen.
