I am apart of Cross the Bridge Counseling, a small private practice that focuses on helping clients improve their quality of life through therapy. We offer a Play Therapy program for our child age clients (ages 3-17). I also work with adults, individually, both in-person and virtually. I believe therapy should be a positive, client lead experience focused on empowerment and change. I am looking to help clients who want to improve their daily lives, process past experiences, build self- esteem, and make changes that increase their overall wellness.
