As a parent, former educator, and counselor I have a unique perspective on the challenges that teens and young adults (and their parents) face as they transition from childhood to adulthood. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Equine Assisted, and Person-Centered interventions I work to provide a safe space for patients to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgement.
I offer equine assisted therapy. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and families. I enjoy working with clients while they discover coping skills, build healthy relationships, and practice self care.
