As a non-binary, neurodiverse-ADHD adoptee, I specialize in helping queer clients and those dealing with ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Understanding the unique needs of each individual, I aim to guide those feeling lost or seeking personal growth towards meaningful change. My practice is built on the belief in the transformative power within us all for healing. In a collaborative, affirming environment, we’ll explore your identity, overcome emotional hurdles, and enhance your relationships. Sometimes, we might even have some fun along the way. I specialize in treating trauma, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and relational/attachment issues. I am trained in Collaborative Problem Solving, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and have experience in psychedelic integration. I am also getting trained in EMDR in November 2024.
Therapy sessions with me are fun (yes I said it), engaging, and challenging. I create safety in sessions as well, and we will collaboratively explore your struggles and build skills to tackle life's challenges. 'Later' in Life Lesbian Support Group
This group offers a supportive space for women who have come out as lesbians later in life. We will explore the unique challenges that arise, such as transitioning from a long-term male partner, navigating family dynamics, and dealing with unaccepting families of origin. The group will be a blend of open discussion and structured topics, providing a community to share experiences, gain insight, and support one another in the journey of self-discovery and acceptance.
