I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 9 years of counseling experience. I have worked with adolescents to adults, who are struggling with a host of issues and come from all walks of life. I primarily work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, as well as relational issues. I also have experience working with adolescents and adults who have ADHD or are on the Autism Spectrum. I have 20 years of experience holding various positions in the public education field.
I believe in you, and that if given a safe space, encouragement, and time, that you will feel better and become the best version of yourself.
