My passion is working with children (ages 10 and up), teens and women to help them self regulate and manage the messy world of emotions, to live their best lives while learning the tools to navigate the challenges of mental illness and overcome trauma.
I am a Licensed Social Worker, a Certified Trauma Professional and a Certified Hypnotherapist. I use an inclusive, strength based trauma informed approach and I have been working with young people for 20 years. I use a variety of methods, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy components, mindfulness techniques and hypnotherapy.
