I work with highly-capable, sensitive professionals who are struggling with the strength of their emotions in a corporate context that is anything but welcoming to tenderness. I can help you learn to both support your innate sensitivity and make use of it as a core strength and super-power, whether you’re at home or at work. Signs that you might be sensitive include: deeply felt emotions often accompanied by tears—regardless of the specific emotion; seeming more sensitive to ambient temperature or noise than others around you; feeling exhausted after being in busy/chaotic environments; and more.

In the safety of therapy, we can begin to explore your experiences and become more attuned to what you need in order to feel centered and spacious. You will learn skills and techniques to feel your deep emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them—both in the therapy room and in your day-to-day life.
