New Beginnings: A Therapy Group for Men and Women
Increase your comfort, confidence and capacity for emotional closeness. Work through relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, isolation and unwanted habits. Develop skills that will help you improve communication and emotional regulation. Ongoing group therapy limited to 8 people on Monday evenings. NOTE: due to current health concerns this group is meeting online.
