Erin Baehr, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist, who is board certified in Sleep Medicine and Behavioral Sleep Medicine. She is the founder and clinical director of Insight Sleep Specialists, which provides Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to a diverse population of clients. She earned a Ph.D. from Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
Dr. Baehr strives to create a safe and caring virtual practice in which you can be supported in your efforts to change, manage symptoms, and accomplish your goals.
