As we walk through life, we encounter tragedy, challenges, unexpected events, and try to decipher how to overcome obstacles we find on the way. We are not always able to do so ourselves, and I feel honored and blessed to be in a position to help others find the way back to their authentic self, the path of their own choosing, and thus increase the chance to live in celebration. I utilize an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, I work with each client in the development of their treatment goals. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment to process your experiences and challenges.
I have 5 years experience working with clients struggling with issues such as - addiction, depression, anxiety, chronic pain & illness, trauma, behavioral and relational issues. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral-Therapy, Emotional-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Practices, Somatic Experiencing, and other Humanistic-Based Practices.
We often spend too much time looking in the review mirror or worrying about what’s coming at us further down the road that we no longer know how to "be". We forget the power and strength we hold within us.
