Accepting New Clients - My goal is to provide individualized treatment for each client while targeting their goals and maximizing their coping skills in order to achieve their desired outcome. I utilize a combination of techniques and modalities including Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I am passionate about the goal of obtaining agency over your life and working towards creating a healthier you. I believe that one of the most important aspects of therapy is the relationship built between the therapist and client.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults with mental health and addiction, including topics of grief, anxiety, couples counseling, depression, self-esteem, mood disorders, domestic violence and abuse.
In my spare time I enjoy traveling, working out, reading and working towards creating an overall healthy, mind, body and soul. I strongly believe that we are meant to be evolving and working towards becoming our best selves while dealing with life’s challenges.
