Taking the first steps to reach out can be intimidating but I’m here to meet you where you’re at, determine what you need, and walk the next steps of your healing journey with you. I enjoy working with all ages and have worked in a variety of settings. I take a non judgmental, trauma informed, client centered, holistic approach to treating mostly trauma, anxiety, behavioral, and mood disorders. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, stress management, attachment, LGBTQ+ support, teen/young adult issues, self harm/crisis, grief, and more. No problem is too big or too small, I believe anyone can benefit, with the right fit.
I graduated from the University of Mount Union (B.A. Psych) in 2012 and from the University of Akron (Masters Counseling) in 2015. My goal is to provide a safe relaxed environment for exploring emotions, learning the impacts of life experiences, developing effective coping tools, and empowering whole mind/body/spirit healing.
