I have always been drawn to working with people and feel very honored to help them with their most personal struggles. After 10+ years of experience with individuals and couples, I find myself 10 times more energized by this work. I specialize in trauma and use IFS and EMDR regularly. My work also focuses around religious trauma/deconstruction, LGBTQIA+, couples, and ADHD, as well as many many years of treating anxiety and depression.
I never treat two situations the same way and try to offer a variety of treatment options so that people can choose what feels right for them. I believe all people are trying the best they can and depending on the day our best can be taking the world by storm or our best can be getting out of bed and possibly taking a shower.
However, with the right tools and support, we can create better balance and peace in our lives. Therapy is a privilege to me and I honor being a part of the vulnerable and brave parts of people's stories.
