Not only am I a therapist but I am also an entrepreneur/gym owner in Apex. I am a momma of 2 kiddos and original roots from NY. I have been in the industry for 17 years in residential care, high risk youth and the last 3 years outpatient therapy. I enjoy working with athletes, parents and kiddos as well as integrating somatic work through movement/fitness.
