My strength as a therapist is providing a safe, compassionate space to help my clients reach their therapeutic goals. I really enjoy working with couples and helping them improve communication and intimacy so that they can better navigate together challenges they face now and in the future.
I have worked in mental health for 30 years. My specialities include relationship issues, parenting issues - especially parents/caregivers of children w/ special needs, anxiety/depression, and blended/step families. I also have experience working with children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities and adults with chronic mental illness.
