My goal is to create a safe space for you to work through struggles free of judgement.
I have experience working with those struggling to control their spending and those who use it as a coping mechanism to alleviate feelings of sadness, stress, and anger. Included is a specialty of understanding the additional stress of being a parent and how it can wreck havoc on our emotions and our budget. It doesn't have to be this way, help is in reach!
