I'm here to help! I offer virtual therapy sessions to clients in DC and Maryland. I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I provide gender identity support and LGBT+ counseling. I am also a certified Intuitive Eating counselor helping clients navigate everyday issues as well as helping heal their relationship with food.

I meet clients where they are at and help guide them along their journey of self-discovery. At the heart of every successful therapeutic relationship is the growth of my clients and I'm willing to sit with them and hold space or provide the tools they need for growth.
