My goal is to create an environment that fosters safety and collaboration, encouraging you to be able to show up as your authentic self (and at times figuring out who that is). Working together you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of the neuroscience behind your thoughts/reactions/areas of difficulty, awareness into your mind, body, and soul, and take away tools, strategies, and techniques for addressing the areas of change you desire.
Utilizing a holistic approach, we explore areas most relevant to you. With specific training in CBT, trauma focused care, mindfulness, and somatic activated healing methods, I used a variety of treatment modalities so that our work is tailored to you as an individual.
