Getting help is no small ordeal and I’m here to assist along your path to healing. Clients seek treatment with me for issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, marital conflicts, and family challenges, etc. They need to understand and break free from intergenerational patterns impacting their mental health and relationships. Their goals include emotional regulation, healing from trauma, improving relationships, and developing life skills for better personal and family dynamics. My clients aim to achieve peace, empowerment, and hope, seeking structured guidance and support to overcome their burdens and transform their lives.
My interests of specialty surround trauma and OCD, using diverse therapies like Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, etc. I work with individuals, teens, young adults, couples, and families on issues like anxiety, depression, marital conflict, and grief, offering clarity, structure, and healing.
