The clinician will use a Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral approach. This means the client/therapist relationship is most important. I will work to provide safe spaces for clients and couples to share their stories. Creating these safe spaces allows them to take hands on, goal oriented, and practical approaches to identify/manage sources of concern.
