My interventions are drawn from evidenced based theories like Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. Interested in alternatives to talk therapy? I also offer "walk and talk sessions" outside of the office, play/art therapy, and distance counseling via Zoom or phone.
In my twenty years as a psychotherapist I have been dedicated to helping a diverse population of clients, including: survivors of trauma and abuse; families in conflict; teens and children with social, emotional, or behavior challenges; individuals experiencing stress and frustration related to work or relationships; anxiety; depression; and ADHD.
