Trauma leaves us feeling not only broken, but damaged like we have a missing piece and are not our whole selves, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and couples as they are the family foundation. I also work with individuals struggling with not only childhood traumas, but challenges from their everyday lives. As a LPC Associate trained in Brainspotting, CBT, and Person-Centered therapy for trauma and behavioral challenges, I can help you use the wisdom of your body and create new experiences in your healing process.
