I consider it an enormous privilege to help clients achieve personal goals. I’m passionate about helping others heal from trauma or other adverse life-experiences and I work hard to help promote positive growth and learning despite life’s hardships.
My primary clinical interest is PTSD and trauma-related concerns, and I’m currently pursuing certification for Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD. My clinical approach has been most influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), though I don’t see any of these as a one-size-fits-all approach.
I currently see clients at the Bloomington location of Catalyst Mental Health and via telehealth.
