I view counseling from a systemic, integrative lens. I integrate the psychophysiology of trauma and attachment-based approaches using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as somatic body experiences, Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gottman, EFT, and Mindful-based therapies. My expertise is in interpersonal relationships, trauma, sexual abuse, PTSD, addiction, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders.

Underlying core issues that go unaddressed may manifest as anxiety, depression, negativity, anger, panic, etc. I am an attachment-based, relational therapist. I currently provide services for adults, adolescents, and couples. I am trained in EMDR, which provides clients gained insight and resolves core symptomatic issues that are interfering with today.

I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and hold a master-level yoga certification in yoga therapy (E-CYT 500) and certification as a Natural Health Professional (CNHP), and trained EMDR provider. I am an empathic, nonjudgmental therapist, who believes every person has an innate ability to heal. I would be honored to be the bridge to your healing.
