With over 15 years of working with the military, first responders, and their families. Ericka is a veteran herself, having served in the 82nd Airborne. Ericka's partner served in the military and is now a first responder which allows for a multilayered approach to understanding these cultures and their intersection with mental health. Brain Health focused!
