I have primarily focused on children, teens and young adults; however, I am open to working with any age. My main focus is grief, trauma, self-esteem issues and general mental health, however, I am also certified in substance use counseling. I enjoy working with clients of any background or identification! Trained in EMDR!
I offer a feminist, faith-based and client centered approach to therapy and am now trained in EMDR!
