My name is Erick Rainosek LCSW-S and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of professional experience. I specialize in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, motivation, self-esteem, and more. I like to create a more informal, inclusive environment where you are free to share your feelings openly and honestly. I know starting therapy can be very intimidating, but I try my very best to create an environment where you can feel comfortable sharing anything you would like to work on.
I believe that you are the expert on your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. We want to approach things by seeking a balance between living in the moment and understanding our past.
