I have 15+ years of experience in counseling children, adolescents and adults. In addition, I have worked in school settings to address emotional and behavioral issues, and have received special training in self-esteem, empowerment, and social dynamics. I also see couples and families, as well as facilitate groups.
I offer a mindfulness-based, interactive approach, incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions. After an initial assessment, we will set goals together and begin the journey toward improved mental and emotional health.
