Hello! I'm Erica (she/her), a psychotherapist and art therapist dedicated to supporting clients in addressing challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationships, and unexpected life transitions. Throughout my career, I've gained valuable experience working with diverse age groups and diagnoses in non-profit agencies.
In my practice, I use a variety of interventions to meet your needs but I mainly work from an attachment based approach. This means I’ll help you find creative ways to examine your relationships to yourself and others to help you make better sense of your inner voice, build self-compassion, and relate in authentic ways to the world around you.
