As a daughter of immigrants, woman of color, feminist and working mother that has been in the clinical field for 20 years I have shared people's pain and witnessed nothing but resilience. Each session is strength based tailored to what your needs are, combining Gestalt, CBT, Existential, Eclectic, Family Systems and Narrative/Post Modern therapies.
