My passion is helping individuals experiencing anxiety, social anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and postpartum concerns. With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in assisting adults, families, and children. I am licensed in both Nevada and Florida and am a neurodivergent affirming therapist.
My approach is always non-judgmental and includes warmth, humor and validation because I believe most people want to be seen and heard. I will challenge you with compassion, encouragement and accountability to help you meet your goals. Together, we will create a treatment plan. Change typically begins in the first sessions, and growth continues from there.
