Hello! I strive to create a space that meets all of your needs. I offer a wide range of therapy resulting from my diverse experience: sexuality and gender identity, substance use disorders, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. I work primarily with adults and adolescents, and I provide both individual and couple’s counseling. I am also trained in EMDR therapy.
During the therapy process, I empower clients by helping them discover their personal strengths, build healthy support systems, and make necessary changes to live a balanced life. I believe that counseling should be individualized and customized for each person to achieve the highest levels of success.
