I specialize in working with a variety of different age groups and backgrounds. In the therapist role, I believe in meeting the client where they are at, and transparency. When working with younger clients I believe that it is important to also work with the family. I have experience working with families in order to work towards understanding and strengthen the overall family unit. The key to making progress is building and maintaining a trusting and empathetic relationship with the client. For the past 11 years I have primarily worked in the school system as a licensed school counselor.
