I work with people of all ages but I primarily focus on children, adolescents, and young adults. I have experience in treating individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral disorders, and mood disorders using an eclectic approach. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and expressive arts therapy. I focus on a client-centered approach by meeting clients where they are and encouraging them to grow into the strongest versions of themselves.
I use my creativity and unique ability to guide clients in discovering their creative potential through art therapy. I also enjoy incorporating mindfulness practices to assist in managing thoughts, emotions, and stress.
I love connecting with my clients through humor and compassion. I advocate for establishing a safe space where clients can freely explore their thoughts and emotions, as I consider this essential to effective therapy.
