I work primarily from a psychodynamic orientation. In practice this means that I pay particular attention to your thoughts, feelings, and unconscious processes. This can help to understand patterns and obstacles that are outside of everyday awareness and can lead to meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is direct, warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I help people by going deeply into the root of what is going on, while also offering practical and actionable suggestions.
