Welcome! My name is Erica (she/they). I specialize in working with both individuals and couples who have a desire to transform their life and their relationships. I support my clients with healing from the past and letting go of harmful patterns or limiting beliefs, so that they may grow into their most authentic, fully-expressed, and embodied self. I work with my clients in identifying the barriers that are in the way of having the life, friendships, community, and/or romantic relationships they want. Topics we'll discuss include sex & intimacy, communication, and shadow work.
My style is more conversational than clinical because I believe you are the expert on you. My role as a coach and a therapist is not to give you the answers, quick-fixes, or band-aid solutions. I’m here to support you in finding the answers by offering honest reflections and asking the important questions to ensure long-lasting transformation.
