Whether you are facing significant adversity, noticing that you're falling short of where you want to be, or struggling with that "I'm not myself" feeling that won't go away, therapy can help to create meaningful and positive change. My therapy style is open, laid back and warm, and my goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental experience that empowers my clients to build inner strength and move forward.
I completed a two year postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology and physical rehabilitation and specialize in working with individuals and families impacted by health-related difficulties. A former collegiate athlete, I have also worked with professional and amateur athletes, including those with history of concussion or orthopedic injury.
Beginning this journey can feel overwhelming - starting the search for the right therapist is a wonderful and significant first step. Please feel free to reach out to me for a free phone consultation. I'd love to help.
