I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master's Degree from William Paterson University in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. I have over 7 years of experience in talk therapy working with individuals, couples, and families in partial care programs, intensive outpatient, and outpatient agency settings. In my last role at Center for Children's Behavioral health I served as program director while maintaining a client caseload. My clinical approach is integrated and incorporates a variety of different theoretical orientations including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and more.
My experiences have enabled me to become versed in working with a wide array of clients of all ages and backgrounds. However, I have specialized training in trauma focused therapy for children and adolescents and crisis prevention.
Every client has a different story which has led them to where they are today.
