I am an experienced intuitive counselor aiming to help others facilitate their own healing. I work well with individuals who are looking to find and make meaning in their lives as well as heal from past traumas that keep them stuck. I am compassionate, direct and non-judgmental and do my best to lead with authenticity and candor. More often than not, I see that most do not know themselves at their core; helping you develop and discover your identity is one of the most meaningful experiences in therapy.
I am a human first, therapist second. I provide individual therapy and specialize in trauma, including dissociative disorders & CPTSD. I am experienced working with eating disorders, chronic health conditions, & mood/anxiety disorders. I especially enjoy working with healthcare providers & individuals interested in pursuing spiritual growth and development.
