I utilize person-centered and strengths-based approach to empower personal growth. I offer both in person or telehealth.
My diverse experiences have allowed me to work with a broad range of issues such as eating disorders, anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship/family conflict, couples, and grief. I offer a variety of tools and interventions to provide the support to manage your goals in a way that fits your life in a holistic approach.
