We'll use a blend of talk and expressive therapies. For children, this often means child-centered play therapy. For adolescents and adults, this looks like a blend of thought restructuring, building good self care and regulation skills, and supporting your own process of exploring yourself, your spaces, and what makes you, you.
Through our time together, I am to create a soft landing space that you want to come to each session. We'll be conversational and collaborative throughout. You'll feel empowered and capable through creative means of gaining insight and resolving issues.
