If you struggle with anxiety, depression, mood problems, eating disorders, trauma-related issues, insomnia, or with general feelings of unhappiness, I am here to help. My focus is on helping clients achieve their full potential and to assist them in realizing a life of emotional peace.Utilizing a cognitive behavioral (CBT) approach, I work with clients to help them understand the issues, difficulties, or stressors that are continuing to hold them back. I help clients to establish therapy goals, cultivate helpful coping skills, and to challenge the thoughts and behaviors that are serving to maintain their mental health difficulties.
Utilizing CBT I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, insomnia, and mood disorders. Additionally, I am a trained EMDR therapist and specialize in the treatment of PTSD and trauma. For those requiring a greater amount of care, I also offer an intensive outpatient program. Finally, for those struggling with phobias, I offer a virtual reality exposure program
