I work with people experiencing a variety of symptoms and diagnoses including but not limited to anxiety, depressive, personality disorders, psychosis, life adjustments, teen challenges and men's issues. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental space for people to process difficult situations, identify adaptive ways to address symptoms and make change to behavior that aligns with their belief systems, which often results in increased life satisfaction. I specialize in helping people that feel stuck and helping them create a new path forward. I also do a lot of work with men's issues and general skill building.
I use an integrated, person-centered and wholistic approach to therapy. I work with clients on building an understanding of how thoughts, emotions and behaviors influence each other and using that understanding to identify and change maladaptive behavior. I have a lot of experience with anxiety disorders and particularly enjoy working with young adults.
I have worked with a wide range of clients from early teens to elderly adults. I enjoy connecting with the people I work with and empowering them to utilize the control they have to make the changes they want in their lives. I work with ages 13 and up. I enjoy helping people live a life that aligns with what they value as that is the best way to find peace.
