I specialize in loss and traumatic memories of all kinds, along with depression, anxiety, relationships, and more. I also see therapy as a collaboration. Using CBT, EMDR, strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and others, I work with each client to find the approach they feel is right for them and to build a safe, genuine connection.
