Yet, there are many adverse events, conditions, and circumstances that make healing, happiness, and thriving seem out of reach. I am grateful for the opportunity to help others re-orient themselves with their minds in a way that makes them look forward to life and all it has to offer.

I tend to not lean on any single therapeutic approach or orientation. Instead, I like to think of these as different lenses through which we conceptualize what happens, how it happens, and why we behave or react in response. We’ll work together to use the right tool, in the right way, at the right time, though an integrative process.
