Are you wanting to begin therapy but are limited on time? I want to help you with that. I provide therapy during the evenings and weekends to allow you to access the care you deserve. Being human can be complex at times. Whether those complexities come from work, family, school, etc. those difficulties are valid. I want to offer a non judgmental and healing atmosphere to you. I specialize in treating men's issues, burnout, and spiritual trauma. Whatever you might be dealing with please feel encouraged to bring it to therapy.
My approach to therapy is collaborative. I believe my clients have the answers to their questions and I am here to help them find those answers. In therapy you will be able to explore and process life's most difficult struggles while also learning strategies to cope with those struggles. I offer evening appointments as well as Saturdays.
