I have experience working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, gender identity, and LGBTQ+ issues. As a former public school educator, I understand the unique challenges confronting children and adolescents in the post-pandemic era. I love helping individuals and families learn more about themselves and develop effective coping and communication skills.
Our work together will be centered around respect. I will try to understand your current experience so that together, we can identify steps towards change.
