Having trained in several models of contemporary, evidence-based psychotherapy, I firmly believe that there is no single treatment that works best for everyone. Instead, I have found that therapy is most effective when tailored to the unique needs of each client. I provide services to individuals, as well as to couples seeking more fulfillment from their relationship.

Prior to my career in psychology, I spent nearly a decade as a corporate attorney. Although no longer practicing, my legal background provides me with valuable insight into the challenges faced by those in demanding professions. Using psychodynamic methods, I assist you in gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, unlocking your full potential.
