I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for adults (18+) as well as Ecotherapy approaches and concepts. Accessing therapeutic effects from nature is of great help to attain balance, effective coping, rejuvenation, and personal insight. Ecotherapy can be a key add-on to the immense healing that CBT can provide. Online telehealth sessions focus on what you want to ADDRESS and remedy (e.g. anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, stress, relationship troubles, parenting, self-esteem, addiction, panic/phobia, aging, and more). as well as how to COPE with challenges, uncertainty and distress.
Ecotherapy is a counseling approach that taps into the therapeutic nurturing and soothing that comes from experiences in nature. Our natural world is extremely helpful to our outlook, quality of life, and overall well-being. The amount of Ecotherapy is tailored to each client. Experiences in nature are done in clients' own time and discussed in session.
Distress from mental health issues can be so upending and an absolute struggle.
